Use whole in soups and stews or reconstitute by soaking in hot liquid first then cut up to your needs or puree. Perfect for making your own hot sauces. Toasting them enhances their flavor. Blend with other ingredients such as onions, dried fruits, garlic, maple syrup, cooked sweet potatoes, cooked carrots, and add some vinegar or lemon juice.
