Quill Hill Farm
At Quill Hill Farm we are part of a growing movement of conscience minded farmers that are dedicated to farming in a sustainable way that restores the soil, minimizes soil erosion, supports biodiversity, and protects our natural resources.
We specialize in heirloom garlic for eating or planting, spicy chili peppers, and herbs which we use to make our farm-to-bottle garlic powders and garlic scape pickles. We also grow chili peppers for hot sauce makers and enjoy growing specialty peppers for Butterfly Bakery, Vermont Sriracha, Naked Hot Sauce, Counter Culture Kitchen, and Vermont Barrel Aged Sauce.
We feel very privileged to be farmers in Vermont and enjoy sharing the food that we grow with our local communities.
