Fruity and mild spicy pepper. Heat level 25,000 scoville units. Aji mangoes have a fruity and tropical flavor and true to their name have the flavors of a ripe mango.  Great to add heat to curries, sauces, soups, and stews. Crush it to make a rub, marinade, dressings, or a spicy finishing salt. Makes a lovely mild everyday hot sauce or pair it with a habanero for an extra dose of tropical heat.
