Our 100% garlic powder redefines what garlic powder is.  Not only is it 100% PURE garlic, free of salts, preservatives, anti-caking agents and color retention agents, but it is made from our cold-hardy hardneck certified organic garlic varieties grown by us here in Vermont.  Hardneck garlic is known for its pungent flavor, intense spice and higher sugar content.  Our superior garlic varieties coupled with our low temperature dehydration practices produce the finest, freshest, and healthiest garlic powder on the market. Once you try this garlic powder there is not going back to commercial store bought garlic powder.

We use liberally on everything because we LOVE garlic but to substitute powder for fresh garlic, use 1/4 teaspoon powder per large clove. Pro tip- use at the end of cooking. You will use less of the powder and the flavor is stronger.

We do our best to check these county when we pack orders and will refund your entire order if you located in an allium restricted zone. We also can’t ship to Hawaii and Canada. 

We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail however your order may be sent via UPS. If you are local and wish to pick up at the farm, please select local pick up during check-out.
