Start with our pure 100% garlic powder, add our farm grown parsley, celery leaf, marjoram, thyme, sage, oregano, a pinch of sea salt and a pinch of locally sourced Vermont maple sugar and you have our best selling powder. The celery leaf adds a sweetness that is melded with comforting sage and floral undertones of the marjoram. A perfect accompaniment as a rub for chicken, sprinkle on baked potatoes with butter, add to fresh lemon juice and olive oil to bake with fish, sprinkle on white pizza, or create your own garlic herb vinaigrette by whipping up this powder with your favorite olive oil, vinegar, and honey. The flavors are fresh and balanced with low salt that allow the herbs to shine.

I use this in just about everything I cook that needs garlic flavor. It has such a nice flavor and is not over powering in dishes. Tried it at a garlic fest and had to reorder when I ran out!
I got a bottle of this for a Christmas present last year.
Paleo crackers, soups casseroles quiche, it’s all good.
So when that bottle got low I ordered more!.
Sometimes when you have products with garlic powder in them cake up after a while. My bottle I was given a year ago has a little in the bottle hasn’t done that yet So it has a longer shelf than some products.
Quill Hill Farm has the best spices. I buy them for myself and also give them out as gifts.
I bought a few Christmas Presents that are always well recieved!
