Chipotle Garlic, small

Farm grown red jalapeños are harvested in the Fall during peak pepper season and are cold smoked for two days then dried. We powder them and  blend with 100% garlic powder, maple sugar, and a little sea salt to balance out the flavors,  creating a spicy, smokey and very garlicky blend. Great sprinkled on baked potatoes, in sour cream for tacos, home fries, chili, stews, Mac and cheese, and sprinkle in meat marinades.
