Farm grown red jalapeños are harvested in the Fall during peak pepper season and are cold smoked for two days then dried, blended with our 100% garlic powder, maple sugar, and sea salt creating a smokey and spicy flavor loaded with garlic. Great used in marinades, baked potatoes, in sour cream, home fries, chilies, stews, and Mac and cheese.
