The Fresno or the "sriracha" chili pepper is sweet with just the right amount of warm heat. After we dehydrate it and powder it, we blend it with our 100% garlic powder, maple sugar, and sea salt to create a Vermont style Siracha powder. This is a sweet, spicy, and garlicky.
