We fell in love with the Fresno pepper while growing it for a friend's hot sauce and we keep growing it every year. The Fresno or the "sriracha" chili pepper is sweet, juicy, with just the right amount of heat. After we dehydrate it and powder it, we blend it with our 100% garlic powder, maple sugar, and sea salt to create a Vermont style Sriracha powder. This is a sweet, spicy, and garlicky. Perfect for the Sriracha lover and goes great on home fries, roasted vegetable, soup, corn on the cob, marinades, salad dressings, dips, and more.
