Nothing is added, just 100% Jalapeños. Pairs great with any bbq recipe that you want a smokey spicy flavor. Use as part of a dry rub mix, on roasted corn dishes, substitute in any recipe that calls for fresh jalapeño (sprinkle to taste), in cornbread, and anywhere you want to add smokey and spicy flavors.
