Pickled Garlic- Sweet Herb

At long last- it’s here- pickled garlic! These garlic cloves are pickled with a vinegar sweet herb brine. Zesty, sweet, and pleasingly garlicky. Pickled garlic are great for eating as is or stuffing olives, on charcuterie boards, chopped up in pasta or chicken salads, toss in to make homemade hummus or aoili, chop and add to pizza, or simply pop one on to a toothpick to garnish a martini. Refrigerate for weeks once opened. Made using Chesnok and Vietnamese purple stripe garlic, our farm grown onions and herbs (Greek oregano, winter thyme, and marjoram).
