Our sweet herb pickled garlic is sweet, zesty, a little crunchy, and filled with garlicky flavor. Ours starts with really good fresh garlic, we use Vietnamese purple stripe garlic which is just the right size for a bite and has a sweeter flavor. These pickles are excellent as a substitute for fresh garlic so toss a few in marinades and puree, eat them like a pickle, make beautiful martini or Bloody Mary garnishes, chop up in pasta, potato, or chicken salads, and add them to salad dressings for garlicky zing. Keeps for weeks once opened in the refrigerator and once finished, use the brine for salad dressings.

We are sorry, due to shipping regulations on alliums we can not ship GARLIC to certain counties in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State. We do our best to check these county when we pack orders and will refund your entire order if you located in an allium restricted zone. We also can’t ship to Hawaii and Canada. 

We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail however your order may be sent via UPS. If you are local and wish to pick up at the farm, please select local pick up during check-out.
