Vermont grown jalapeños are slowly smoked over applewood for 2 days, dehydrated, then powdered, rendering a wild campfire like smokey flavor with the lovely peppery flare of a jalapeño. Nothing is added, just 100% Jalapeños. Pairs great with any bbq recipe that you want a smokey spicy flavor. Use as part of a dry rub mix, on roasted corn dishes, substitute in any recipe that calls for fresh jalapeño (sprinkle to taste), in cornbread, and anywhere you want to add smokey and spicy flavors. A favorite sprinkled on ground beef for gourmet burgers. No preservatives added, no anti-caking agents. Our peppers are grown following organic standards. Limited quantities available.
