A unique powder made with our fragrant poblano and ancho peppers which have been smoked over apple wood for 2 days then dehydrated and blended with our 100% garlic powder. A little maple sugar, sea salt, and Jimmy Nardello sweet red pepper is added to enhance the flavors. A little spicy, very smokey and garlicky, with lovely chili flavor.
Makes a delicious dry rub for any meat, add to bbq dishes, sweet corn recipes, corn bread, and anywhere you want a smokey mild heat with lots of garlic flavor. One of our best sellers. Excellent as a dip in sour cream or greek yoghurt (just add lime juice and salt) and for a zippy aoli to use on sandwiches and fries.
