Black garlic is made using sustained high heat and humidity in a controlled setting, resulting in a reaction which transforms the garlic into a sweet, sticky, black garlic with so much flavor! It tastes sweet like carmelized onions and dates, with a soy sauce umami flavor. Excellent for spreading on bread, whipping with really good butter or in aeoli, bringing your dishes to another level such as post roast, gravies, and sauces. Even add it on top of a burger. Also has loads of health benefits without the bite of raw garlic. Each batch takes 9 days to make. Each bag contains approx 2.5-2.9 oz, 3-5 small heads of garlic. Best if refrigerated when you receive it and use within the year.

This is a pre-order. Black garlic will be made after harvest and will ship out when ready in August. If combined with seed garlic, this will ship out in late September. 

 

We are sorry, due to shipping regulations on alliums we can not ship GARLIC to certain counties in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State. We do our best to check these county when we pack orders and will refund your entire order if you located in an allium restricted zone. We also can’t ship to Hawaii and Canada. 

We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail however your order may be sent via UPS. If you are local and wish to pick up at the farm, please select local pick up during check-out.
