Carolina Reapers are a cross between, the Ghost Pepper and a Red Savina Habanero. A definite super hot pepper with 2,200,000 Scoville rating and still holds the ranking as the world's spiciest pepper. The Reaper has a bit more flavor than typical super hots with fruity sweet flavor coming through before the heat really kicks in. Reapers are highly desired by hot sauce makers because it has a complex flavor with a lot of spice that add depth to their sauces.

Please use with caution. This pepper is twice the heat of a Ghost pepper!
