Dill Garlic Scape Pickles

Hard neck garlic produces a green flower stalk in June that when picked tender, makes a wonderfully tasty pickle. Our jars are packed tightly with crisp garlic scapes, vinegar, spices and our own fresh dill and onions grown on our farm. A unique farm pickle with a texture reminiscent to an asparagus with a mild garlic flavor. This pickle is for those who love the flavor of a vinegar based dill pickle. Use as a stand alone pickle or cut up and use in chicken, pasta, or potato salads.

Also comes in a spicy version without dill.
